Our Team
Christi Sheroky,
M.S. CCC-SCP
I was born and raised in southern Illinois and earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. During college, I worked as a teacher's aide at the Illinois Center for Autism—a place that has always been close to my heart because it was founded by my grandmother.
For the past 18 years, I have been fortunate to work in a variety of settings as a speech-language pathologist. While each experience has shaped me as a clinician, my passion is working with children and their families in a private outpatient setting, where I can build meaningful relationships and provide individualized care. My areas of specialty include autism, gestalt language processing, articulation, and receptive and expressive language development.
I believe every child has a unique way of communicating, and I love partnering with families to help children build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential. There is nothing more rewarding than celebrating your child's progress along the way.
My husband, Brett, and I live in Fairview with our three children, Madelyn, Morgan, and Nolan, and our dog, Finn. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me working out, relaxing at the beach, teaching home school lessons or cheering from the sidelines at one of my kids' sporting events. Watching them do what they love is my favorite way to spend my time.

I was born and raised in Memphis, TN and I knew early on I wanted to be an OT. My mom was in a diving accident when she was 12 which left her paralyzed from the waist down, and her fingers paralyzed. She went on to lead an amazing and successful life (she was the first quadriplegic in TN to get a driver’s license, obtained her master's degree, had two children, and much more!), and I wanted to help people like her overcome obstacles just as she did.
I completed undergraduate work at The University of Tennessee at Martin, and went on to graduate school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN where I obtained my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011.
I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for 11 years and continue to supplement my knowledge with continuing education courses in sensory processing, handwriting research and program implementation, visual motor skills, and neurodiversity affirming therapy to name a few. I have clinical experience in psychiatric occupational therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient pediatrics, and skilled nursing therapy, however the majority of my career has been spent in the school system working with children 3-22. My area of expertise is sensory processing skills in pediatrics, and I absolutely LOVE what I do!
I have three children of my own, and my oldest has had three open heart surgeries with more to go, so I too am a mom of a child with different needs! I enjoy spending time with my children outdoors; kayaking, fishing, swimming, gardening, and camping. When my mom passed away last year, I knew I wanted to create positive change within our community in her memory. Christi and I met, and had the same vision for providing therapy services to children in Fairview, and the rest is history! I am so excited to be able to offer quality pediatric occupational therapy for my Fairview neighbors at the amazing Fairview Pediatric Therapy clinic!!

I received my Undergraduate Degree in Communicative Disorders from The University of Alabama in 1995, and my Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Montevallo in 1998. I have worked in the public school system in Mountain Brook, AL in their preschool Special Opportunities Program, in addition to working for several different private practices in Florida and the greater Nashville area. I also have experience with both preschool and school-aged children with a variety of communicative disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, autism, and fluency/stuttering. Specific areas of focus include individual and group therapy for social language skills, as well as working with children with phonological delays. Currently, I have been providing speech and language services in Williamson County for nearly 10 years and held the American Speech Language and Hearing Association’s Certification of Clinical Competence for 26 years.
I live in Brentwood and enjoy running, traveling, live music and spending time with my husband and 3 boys, ages 23, 20 and 17.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Trevecca University and went on to receive my Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University. My areas of special interest include early intervention, speech sound disorders, and literacy. I love to incorporate music and play to help clients reach their unique communication goals!
I was born and raised in Fairview, TN and am excited to be serving my community. I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, singing, playing piano, and being outside.
Ashley Brison,
Office Manager
I was born and raised in Washington State and moved to Tennessee in 2019. Since then, I have fallen in love with this community, and I’m grateful to call Fairview home. My husband is a Fairview native, which has made putting down roots here even more meaningful for our family.
We have four amazing kids, and being a mom is one of my greatest joys. I feel incredibly blessed to spend my days supporting the incredible kiddos and families we serve at Fairview Pediatric Therapy. Whether I’m helping behind the scenes in the office or connecting with families in person, I enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of our community.
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me serving at my local church, enjoying a good cup of coffee and/or spending time outdoors with my family. I love building relationships, serving others, and being part of a community that cares for and supports one another. It’s a privilege to serve the children and families of Fairview and be a small part of their journey.
